National League Rugby agrees streaming partnership with Clubber TV
National League Rugby (NLR) has agreed a new partnership with Clubber TV, which will increase the visibility and accessibility of National One and National Two.
The agreement follows a successful period towards the end of the 2025/26 season, when Clubber TV covered the thrilling conclusion to the National One title race as both Rotherham Titans and Blackheath secured promotion to Champ Rugby.
Key fixtures in National Two were also streamed on the platform.
The partnership will give clubs across National One and National Two North, East and West the opportunity to select certain fixtures to be broadcast on Clubber, raising the profile of the game at this level and making matches more accessible to fans.
The partnership will also enable clubs to stream away matches back to their own clubhouses, bringing together supporters and creating new opportunities to engage with their communities. The clubs pick the games. Clubber broadcasts the action.
Alongside match coverage, NLR’s increasingly growing social media platforms – which are powered by media partners Talking Rugby Union – will work with Clubber to capture and share key moments from across the National League Rugby season, including in-game clips and highlights from selected matches.
NLR’s main social media accounts generated 12.9 million video views during the 2025/26 season, highlighting the growing interest in the third and fourth tiers of English rugby, whilst national newspapers such as The Times, The Telegraph and The Observer also provided coverage of the leagues.
Clubber TV already broadcasts Champ Rugby, Men’s & Women’s BUCS Super Rugby and RFU ACE matches, with the addition of National League Rugby further expanding its coverage of the English game.
The partnership will also highlight the role NLR clubs play in developing players and providing a pathway towards the professional game, while strengthening connections between clubs, supporters and their communities.
National League Rugby chairman John Inverdale said: “This is another important step towards enhancing NLR’s credibility within the game as a whole, while also being an excellent opportunity to make some money by streaming matches back to clubhouses.
“We’re delighted to be partnering with the Champ and BUCS in our common aim of promoting the sport.”
NLR and Clubber will confirm upcoming live streams in due course.
